He has many years’ experience as a Teacher and Head Teacher. His position of Program Manager with TAFE in Australia carried responsibility for curriculum development and quality assurance in all Social Sciences subjects in NSW TAFE courses. His work in China has included employment as Head of Studies on joint Australia/China programs, and with TAFE Global, as Program Manager, and later, Director, China Programs.

Bob has also worked extensively as a tutor on IELTS, both in Australia and China, and is currently completing a book which aims to help candidates achieve their goal on the IELTS Writing test.

Michael Eselgroth is one of the founders of MOOCYS and is currently positioned as the head of all technological affairs here at MOOCYS. Michael is a former top-tier student from Kingston University in London, and received his Bachelor of Software Engineering in 2005.

Michael has worked at a wide selection of the industry’s leading firms including the Commonwealth Bank of Australia which is ranked within 250 places of the global fortune 500 companies. Being a senior and lead developer of various edge-cutting projects, Michael had managed processes and developer teams with agile methodology to deliver outstanding results. Prior to joining the bank, Michael had been contracting through many notable firms such as BBC worldwide and Gorkana.
